Day 1: Arrival in New York City (D)

Welcome to New York! Upon arrival at JFK Airport, our representative will greet you and guide you to your transfer to your hotel in the heart of Manhattan. Check-in begins at 4 p.m., but if you arrive early, you're welcome to store your luggage and get your first taste of the city's energy in nearby Times Square.

At 7 p.m., your tour officially begins as you meet your tour director in the lobby. The evening will be spent amidst the dazzling lights of Times Square, followed by a delicious group dinner at an Indian restaurant. Afterward, feel free to explore the area on your own before retiring for the night.

Day 2: New York City Sightseeing with Dinner Cruise (B, D)

Your day begins with a delicious Indian breakfast before you soar to the top of Manhattan at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. From the 91st floor of midtown's tallest skyscraper, you'll witness unparalleled views of the Empire State Building, Central Park, and the Chrysler Building. The experience is an adventure in itself, from the immersive elevator ride to the breathtaking mirrored rooms and the thrilling "Levitation" glass skybox that hangs 1,000 feet above the city.

After lunch, you'll embark on a Guided City Tour to discover New York's legendary landmarks. This comprehensive drive-by tour includes photo stops at the 9/11 Memorial, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, The Vessel, and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.

As evening falls, get ready for a spectacular Dinner Cruise on the Hudson River. A note on your cruise: In case of poor weather, the cruise will be substituted with a trip to the Statue of Liberty, followed by dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 3: Philadelphia - Washington D.C (B, D)

Start your day with a flavorful Indian breakfast before heading out for some retail therapy at The Mills at Jersey Gardens, a massive outlet with over 200 stores. For lunch, you'll have the freedom to choose from the many diverse options in the mall's food court.

In the afternoon, we'll journey to Philadelphia, the birthplace of America. There, an expert guide will lead a fun and interactive tour, bringing the city's rich history to life as you explore its most important landmarks. The day concludes with a drive to Washington D.C., stopping for a delicious Indian dinner along the way before checking into your hotel for the night.

Day 4: Washington D.C - Harrisburg (B, D)

Immerse yourself in the history of the United States with a Guided Tour of Washington D.C. Day 5: Washington D.C - Harrisburg - Niagara Falls (B, D)

Day 6: Niagara Falls (B, D)

Then, the Cave of the Winds tour will take you down into the gorge, allowing you to stand on walkways just feet from the rushing torrents of the Falls.

Following these thrilling, family-friendly adventures, enjoy a relaxed lunch at your leisure from the diverse options at the food court. The afternoon is yours to explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. Day 7: Departure from Buffalo to Orlando (B)

After breakfast, we'll take care of your ride to the airport. Your included private transfer to Buffalo (BUF) will be timed for your flight. Just a friendly reminder, hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM, and for those leaving very early, a packed breakfast won't be available.

Domestic Flight Booking on the following Wednesday - FLY OUT OF BUF Niagara Falls To MCO (Orlando). Hotel Check-in is at 3 p.m. in Orlando.

Day 7: Arrival in Orlando - No Tour Escort for Orlando

Upon your arrival in Orlando, a company representative will be waiting at the baggage claim area to assist with your transfer to the hotel. Standard hotel check-in is available from 3:00 PM. We welcome you to this world-renowned destination and wish you a memorable stay.

Day 8: Magic Kingdom (B)

Start your day with breakfast, Please check with the front desk regarding shuttle timings to MAGIC KINGDOM. Today's agenda is a full-day visit to Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests will have the opportunity to experience its iconic attractions, parades, and character interactions. Please be advised that a valid photo ID and a printed version of your ticket confirmation are required for admission. For optimal park navigation, the use of a smartphone is recommended. Overnight at the hotel.

This will be round-trip transportation provided by the hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, your transfer to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Please note that this included service is for drop-off at Port Canaveral only. Our itinerary is designed to align with Royal Caribbean cruises departing on Fridays; if you have booked an alternative, please inform us in advance as we cannot accommodate last-minute changes to your transfer.

Upon disembarking, our representative will meet you at the cruise terminal at 9:00 AM for your transfer to the hotel. Since check-in isn't until 3:00 PM, you can securely store your luggage at the bell desk. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy, perhaps with some shopping at the nearby Premium Outlet Mall, which is accessible via a complimentary hotel shuttle. Lunch and dinner are at your own arrangement.

Day 13: Epcot (B)

Enjoy your breakfast, then get ready for a fantastic day at Disney's EPCOT! Getting there is simple—just check with the hotel for their free round-trip shuttle times. You'll have the whole day to explore, grabbing lunch and dinner on your own whenever you'd like.

Day 14: Departure from Orlando to San Francisco (B, D)

After breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel for airport transfer based on your flights (please note that check-out time is 11 a.m. The packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flights. Your departure flight will be out of MCO - This airport transfer on a private basis is included in your cost. Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The driver will inform you of the meeting point

Welcome to San Francisco! Your journey begins with a seamless transfer from the airport (SFO) to your hotel. You can check in starting at 4 p.m. and have some time to relax. At 6:30 p.m., your tour officially kicks off with a welcome meeting in the lobby with your tour manager.

Afterward, we invite you to unwind from your travels with a delicious meal at a charming Indian restaurant just a short walk away, giving you the perfect chance to get to know your fellow adventurers.

NOTE - Domestic Flight Booking on the following Wednesday—MCO, Orlando to SFO, San Francisco. Please reach out to SFO by evening at 4 p.m. Hotel Check-in in SFO is at 4 p.m. The Tour starts at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner.

Day 15: San Francisco City Tour with Cruise (B, D)

After breakfast, your San Francisco immersion begins with a spectacular Bay Cruise. Glide across the water, taking in iconic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning city skyline. Back on land at Pier 39, you'll experience The Flyer SF, an exhilarating immersive ride that soars you over the city's landmarks.

Following lunch, an expert-guided tour will lead you through the city's soul. We’ll explore Fisherman’s Wharf, navigate the famous curves of Lombard Street, and feel the energy of Chinatown. Day 16: Yosemite National Park - Fresno (B, D)

After breakfast, we'll depart for a 4-hour drive to Yosemite National Park. You'll spend the day exploring this world-renowned park, known for its stunning natural beauty, unique geology, and diverse wildlife. In the late afternoon, we will drive approximately 2 hours to Fresno. A stop for Indian dinner is included before your hotel check-in. Day 17: Los Angeles Tour (B, D)

Today, we journey to the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles! After breakfast, our scenic drive south includes a stop at Tejon Mall for some premier retail therapy. Upon arrival in LA, you’ll dive straight into the heart of Hollywood with an expert-guided tour. We'll cruise past legendary landmarks like the Dolby Theatre and glamorous Rodeo Drive, and take you to a prime vantage point for that perfect photo of the iconic Hollywood Sign. The day culminates with a delicious Indian dinner before you check into your hotel to relax and recharge.

Day 18: Universal Studios (B, D)

Your day begins with Hollywood magic! After breakfast, you'll dive into the action-packed world of Universal Studios Hollywood. From thrilling rides and spectacular shows to a behind-the-scenes studio tour, it’s a day of unforgettable fun for the entire family.

In the late afternoon at 4 p.m., we'll trade the silver screen for the glittering lights of the desert on a scenic drive to Las Vegas. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel and enjoy a delicious Indian dinner. Afterward, the legendary Las Vegas is yours to discover. Stroll the iconic Strip, marvel at the Bellagio's fountains, try your luck in a world-famous casino, or simply soak in the electric atmosphere. Day 19: Las Vegas (B, D)

Today, Las Vegas is yours to explore at your own pace. Choose your own adventure, whether it's a breathtaking helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon or coach tour with west rim skywalk, an adrenaline-pumping ATV ride in the desert, or simply exploring the famous hotels and attractions along the Strip. You can also choose to take a visit to Bryce & Zion National Parks

Your day is free until 6 p.m., at which point we will gather for the evening's planned activities. Please ensure you return to the hotel on time, as the tour will proceed as scheduled.

The evening begins with dinner at an Indian restaurant, followed by a dazzling coach tour of the Las Vegas Strip. We'll then head to the Fremont Street Experience to witness the spectacular Viva Vision Light Show, a canopy of 12 million LEDs that illuminates the sky. After the show, you’ll have free time to soak in the vibrant atmosphere before we return. Overnight at the hotel.

Note: All daytime activities (Grand Canyon Tour or Bryce & Zion National Park) are optional and not included in the tour package. They must be booked independently.

Day 20: Departure (B)

As your East and West Coast journey comes to an end, please check out of the hotel by 11 a.m. Your driver will provide a timely transfer to Buffalo Airport based on your flight details, ensuring a smooth departure. We hope you leave with wonderful memories!

Your flight will depart from Las Vegas on Tuesday. Please note this when booking the flight. You must check out of the Vegas Hotel by 11 a.m. on Tuesday.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking: - A INR 91025/- deposit per guest is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation:

- Changes or cancellations can be made for free up to 45 days before the tour.

- Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before the tour will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.

Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings or in cases where hotels are fully booked.
