Day 1: Arrival in Vancouver (D)

Private Airport Transfer:
Our representative will meet you outside the terminal for a direct pickup from Vancouver International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. (Please share your flight and contact details at least one week before arrival. Kindly note: this is a pickup service only—no meet-and-greet inside the airport.)

Hotel Check-in:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Room rates and breakfast (where applicable) are included in your package. The hotel may place a temporary hold on your credit card for incidentals, which will be released after check-out if no extra charges are made. Day 2: Vancouver - Day trip to Whistler (B, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the Indian restaurant before beginning your scenic drive to Whistler. En route, make a brief photo stop at Shannon Falls, a majestic 481-meter waterfall. Continue your journey to Whistler, a charming alpine village nestled beneath the Blackcomb Mountains and renowned as North America’s largest ski resort.

Spend some free time exploring Whistler Village, and if you wish, take the spectacular Peak 2 Peak Gondola for breathtaking panoramic views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-covered peaks. Later, return to Vancouver for your next adventure.

Visit the iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where you can experience nature from three thrilling viewpoints—the historic Capilano Suspension Bridge, the immersive Treetops Adventure, and the dramatic Cliffwalk. The 450 ft (137 m) long and 230 ft (70 m) high suspension bridge has been captivating visitors since 1889.

End your day with dinner at an Indian restaurant, followed by an overnight stay at your Vancouver hotel.

Day 3: Vancouver - Sun Peaks (B, D)

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Experience FlyOver Canada, an exhilarating virtual flight ride that immerses you in the country’s most stunning landscapes on a massive domed screen. (Note: Minimum height requirement is 102 cm / 40".)

Enjoy a guided Vancouver city tour with an expert step-on guide, covering major highlights such as Stanley Park, Gastown, and the famous Steam Clock.

Have lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense before departing Vancouver.

Day 4: Kamloops - Jasper (B, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then proceed with check-out. Journey to Jasper: Depart from Sun Peaks and head toward Jasper, keeping in mind the time zone changes during the drive. Take in the beauty of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Travel along the picturesque Yellowhead Highway, tracing the Thompson River and enjoying sweeping views of the Monashee Mountains.

Day 5: Jasper - Banff (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a full-day journey to Banff. Travel along the stunning Icefields Parkway, making photo stops at Athabasca Falls and either Peyto Lake or Moraine Lake as you enter Banff National Park.

Visit the Glacier Discovery Centre along Highway 93 and board the Ice Explorer for an unforgettable experience on the Athabasca Glacier, where you’ll walk on ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick.

If you have an early flight and the shuttle is not operating, you will need to take a cab at your own expense. (Shuttle service operates from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.) Please note that packed breakfast is not available for guests departing early.

Day 9: Niagara Falls (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls.

Begin your day with a stop at a charming winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where you can learn about local winemaking traditions. Make a brief stop at the iconic Floral Clock for memorable photos.

Board the Hornblower Niagara Cruise for an exhilarating ride that brings you face-to-face with the power of the falls. Glide along the Niagara River, enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, and experience the American and Canadian Falls up close. Ponchos will be provided to keep you dry during this awe-inspiring adventure.

After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day in Niagara Falls.

Continue to Rockport and board a scenic cruise through the breathtaking 1000 Islands. Sail past grand castles, charming cottages, and storied waterways as you uncover the region’s rich history and natural beauty.

Enjoy lunch on your own after the cruise.

Drive to Ottawa for a guided city tour, exploring Canada’s capital with its striking architecture, national landmarks, and political heritage.

Day 12: Montreal (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your drive to Montreal (approximately 3 hours). Along the way, stop to visit the magnificent Notre-Dame Basilica, known for its breathtaking altar, intricate woodwork, vibrant stained-glass windows, impressive pipe organ, and numerous ornate mini-altars.

Continue with a guided city tour of Montreal. Professional guides will lead you through the city’s rich history, iconic attractions, and picturesque viewpoints. Explore one of the world’s largest French-speaking cities, celebrated for its cultural diversity, world-class museums, vibrant dining scene, and charming boutiques.

Day 13: Quebec City Day Tour (B, D)

After breakfast, drive to Quebec City (approximately 3 hours). On the way, stop at the impressive Montmorency Falls—a spectacular cascade on the Montmorency River.

After lunch, enjoy a guided tour of Quebec City, a historic 400-year-old city founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain along the Saint Lawrence River. A designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, Quebec City enchants visitors with its beautiful landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and charming blend of history, architecture, and cuisine.

After the tour, drive back to Montreal.

Day 14: Montreal Departure (B)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. (Standard checkout time is 11:00 AM.) The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Montréal–Trudeau (YUL) Airport. Please confirm the shuttle timings with the bell desk.

Note: If you have an early flight and the shuttle is not operating, you will need to take a taxi at your own expense. The shuttle service operates only during scheduled hours provided by the hotel from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A packed breakfast is not available for passengers departing on early flights.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking: - A INR 1,17,525/- deposit per guest is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation:

Greater than 45 days – 100% refund.

45 - 30 days – 50% refund

Less than 29 days – 0% refund

Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings or in cases where hotels are fully booked.
