DAY 01 : WELCOME TO SAN FRANCISCO (D)
Check-in is at 4 PM in SFO. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The hotel will accept Cash or credit cards only in the guest's name. The only cards accepted are International credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero balance statement at check-out.
Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Walk 10 minutes from the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect way to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members.

DAY 02 : SAN FRANCISCO - BAY CRUISE, THE FLYER, CITY TOUR, CABLE CAR (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today.
Start with the impressive skyline of San Francisco on a BAY CRUISE, with spectacular views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge. An Audio tour in 16 languages provides a detailed history of this great city.
Afterwards, San Francisco's Biggest landmarks and attractions are featured in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. THE FLYER SFO is the perfect way to get a headstart on this beautiful and vibrant city. The Flyer—San Francisco combines motion seats, live-action, and computer-generated imagery to simulate flight, and in-theater special effects create a sweeping experience for all your senses.

After a relaxing lunch, discover your city with a tour guide today. The guide will cover all the significant highlights of the city in an in-depth CITY TOUR, INCLUDING TWIN PEAKS. San Francisco's Twin Peaks are two prominent hills near the city's center. Each one stands about 922 feet tall and offers fantastic views of the Bay Area down to the water.

DAY 03 : SAN FRANCISCO - YOSEMITE - FRENSO (B, D)
Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology's most famous sights.

From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to Fresno (approximately 1 1/2 hours) to check into your hotel. En route, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 04 : FRENSO - LOS ANGELES (B, D)
Today, after the breakfast checkout, we will depart to Los Angeles.
Stop over to Enjoy some retail therapy at Tejon MALL. With over 14 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include Michael Kors, Forever 21, Nike Factory Store, and many more.
Lunch on your own.
Proceed to do a City tour of Los Angeles. Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.
Enjoy a wonderful dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 05 : UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (B, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood. This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the Park.

We will leave the park in the afternoon (at approximately 4 p.m.) and proceed to Las Vegas.
Dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner is free to explore on your own. Perhaps try your hand at the blackjack table, check out some over-the-top hotel lobbies ( Bellagio, Venetian, Luxor, etc), or lounge by the pool.
Your Tour Director will also have plenty of ideas and can recommend favorite restaurants and shopping areas. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel.
DAY 06 : LAS VEGAS - GRAND CANYON (B, D)
If you have booked your GRAND CANYON through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour.
Lunch on your own. Meet your Tour manager in the evening for dinner at an Indian restaurant.
After dinner, After dinner, enjoy exploring the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS.
Now it is time for the city tour, which will give an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour by the coach. This tour will cover famous landmarks like Bellagio Fountains, the iconic ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign, and the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE—VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW - a sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead. Later in the evening, free time to explore on your own.

You will depart in the morning from Las Vegas and head North through the Mojave Desert.
Approximately 90 minutes later, you will pass Mesquite, Nevada, and enter the Virgin River Gorge, a dramatic and beautiful canyon carved by the rushing river waters in Northwestern Arizona.
Crossing into Utah, you will travel through St. George, known as Utah’s Dixie with its mild climate, and continue to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Spend about 90 minutes inside Bryce for some rim walks, picture-taking, and enjoying the natural splendor of the area, a wonderland of spires, hoodoos, and beautiful rock formations.
Depart Bryce Canyon National Park and travel about 90 minutes toward Zion National Park.

Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings. If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on own. (Shuttle timings is from 5 AM to 9 PM).
Note : A surcharge of $100 per person for bookings on Dbl Occupancy and $150 Per person will be added to Sng Occupancy - for all bookings that are confirmed within fifteen days (15) of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.

NOTES:
- We must need the flight details minimum of 10 days prior along with valid US cell phone number
- Pre & post tour accommodation can be provided at extra cost
- Travelers are allowed one piece of luggage per person (big suitcase) and one carry on.
- Dinners will be at Indian restaurants where the passengers can choose VEG/JAIN/Non VEG option. Dinners are laid out buffet style, except JAIN meals, which will be brought to the table.
- Please note that we will make every effort for early check in for passengers coming in early but this is not guaranteed & is at the hotel’s discretion & availability.
- Child (2-9 yrs) shares Double Occupancy (3rd in Double room) or Triple Occupancy (4th in Triple room). No separate bed or cot will be provided to the child
- Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package
- Check in time at al hotels is 3 pm while the check out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
- For bookings that come under 21 days of the tour, the hotel list given above is not guaranteed & subject to change based on availability
- Any special disability requirements should be made aware at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but cannot be held responsible in the event we are unable to do so.
- Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to provide assistance. Tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve.
- We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers to take care of their personal belongings.
- The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in; coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers to travel light (recommended luggage: One carry on and One International size suitcase.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at respective hotel and pay on own.
- There is no refund for any missed portion of the tour.
- WiFi Internet service is provided by the Coach Company and Hotels. We are not responsible for any lapse in service
- All the hotels/restaurants/attractions confirmed for this tour comply to COVID guidelines as mandated by CDC. Passengers will have to follow the rules when in premises of respective hotels.
- All bookings that are received within 14 days of the tour are subject to $25 per person surcharge due to booking logistics.
- Hotel breakfast is included in the cost of the hotel room. Packed breakfast option is not available except on the day of Grand Canyon tour.
- Breakfast at the hotel will be American breakfast.
- We strongly encourage all the passengers to buy optional tours though us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this has to be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
- We have couple of locations where restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. For passengers, not keen on walking, can take an Uber or a cab to the destination on own.
- The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
- Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner will be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers to follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
- The Weather can vary considerable depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- SWV and its travel partners do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- Children under 2 years travel free. Child price is applicable for children between the ages of 3 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
- Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Roll away beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
