Day 1: Arrival in Osaka (D)

Welcome to Japan! On arrival in Osaka, you will be warmly received by our representative, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some time to unwind, enjoy a delightful dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Following dinner, you will be escorted back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 2: Kyoto (B, L, D)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a full-day sightseeing tour. Begin with a visit to Kyoto, where you will explore the iconic Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, followed by a leisurely walk through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Immerse yourself in Japanese traditions with an authentic tea ceremony experience.

Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before returning to Osaka. Continue your exploration with a visit to the impressive Osaka Aquarium and take in panoramic city views from the Umeda Sky Building. The day concludes with dinner at an Indian restaurant, after which you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Osaka

Day 3: Nara (B, L, D)

After breakfast, proceed to Nara for a half-day excursion. Visit the historic Todaiji Temple, home to one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Nara Deer Park, where friendly deer roam freely. Return to Osaka for lunch at a local Indian restaurant.

Later, visit the iconic Osaka Castle, followed by leisure time to explore the vibrant districts of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Conclude the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 4: Hiroshima (B, L, D)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Osaka Station to board the bullet train to Hiroshima. (Please note: your main luggage will be sent separately and delivered directly to your hotel in Tokyo.) On arrival, enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant.

In the afternoon, take a ferry to Miyajima Island to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Itsukushima Shrine, renowned for its iconic floating torii gate. After a memorable day of sightseeing, savor dinner at an Indian restaurant before checking in to your hotel in Hiroshima for an overnight stay..

Day 5: Hiroshima (B, L, D)

Begin your day with breakfast and check out from the hotel. Visit the poignant Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Museum, which provide profound insights into Hiroshima’s history.

Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before boarding the bullet train to Tokyo. Upon arrival, experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing—one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world. The day concludes with dinner at an Indian restaurant, followed by check-in at your Tokyo hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 6: Mt Fuji (B, L, D)

Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before visiting Owakudani Valley, a dramatic volcanic area renowned for its scenic landscapes and hot springs.

Continue the experience with a ride on the Hakone Ropeway, followed by a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi. Return to Tokyo in the evening for dinner at an Indian restaurant and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 7: Kyoto - Nara (B, L, D)

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Tokyo. Begin with a visit to the Imperial Palace, followed by an exploration of the historic Asakusa district, including the revered Senso-ji Temple and the lively Nakamise shopping street. Take in breathtaking panoramic views from the Tokyo Skytree’s 450-meter observatory.

Day 9: Departure Tokyo (B)

• With any changes in dates, the quotation will change.

• Please advise you may be waiting up to 02 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.

• If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

• Costs are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or any other statutory increases beyond our control.

• A person below 11 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child

• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room

• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations

• All Local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 1st July 2025, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveler/agent.

• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach

• It is suggested to carry One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach

• Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour. The tour may operate with English speaking driver cum guide (Without Tour Manager) if pax count will be lower than 15 Pax.

• Mandatory Accommodation Taxes to be paid by clients - JPY 200/- per person per day for Four-star hotels or above & JPY 100 for 03-star hotels, 100/- per person per day for Three-star hotels or below. This tax is collected by the property directly from the clients.

• The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 11:00 hours.

• Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different categories of hotels:

• 3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq. meters

• 4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq. meters

• 5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq. meters

• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions, the Tours/ Sightseeing can be altered. No refund will be provided in such cases.
